RLDA's Software Distribution business grew directly out of our advisory practice. When an engagement leads us to a technology we believe will genuinely benefit the Canadian healthcare system, that relationship can evolve — from strategic advisor into full distribution partner, carrying the solution to market ourselves.
Our First Distribution Partnership: TransformativeMed
RLDA spent several years as strategic advisor to TransformativeMed, assessing the Canadian opportunity and building the plan to bring their technology to Canadian hospitals. That engagement came full circle: RLDA became the exclusive Canadian distributor for the resulting product, operating as TransformativeMed Canada.
It's a model we're proud of — advisory work that runs deep enough to end in a real, ongoing commercial partnership, not just a report on a shelf.
